The Expat Agency assesses the needs of your new employees before arrival. We help them think through all practical matters such as housing, schools, childcare options etc. We are available as a virtual assistant (by email and phone) to make the transition to The Netherlands as easy and comfortable as possible.
We will pick your employee up at Schiphol Airport and take them to their place to stay. We will show them around and share with them all they need to know about their new neighborhood, how to get around (Public Transportation) and where they can shop etc.
In House Service:
The Expat Agency will be on site at your organization to asses the needs of the (new) employee and his/her family and offers assistance with:
- Renting and/or buying of property
- Setting up utilities (phone, internet, tv, etc.)
- Finding medical care (e.g., doctor, dentist)
- Education & Day care (international school, local care, waiting lists, etc.)
- Finding support services (cleaning services, handy man, IT help-desk, etc.)
- Registration & Administration (registering with the city, getting international tax help, insurance referrals, etc.)
- Sports & Culture (what are the options, where to buy tickets, etc.)
- Most everything else your employee can think of s/he needs to get settled
