Home & Utilities Package
-Selecting & Visiting houses and Getting Set Up
Even before you arrive we can select and make appointments for house hunting. Together we can determine where and what would be the best possible option for you. We are a well known NVM agency and we can visit houses and apartments of different real Estate agents in the area making sure we find the best place for you and your family. We will pick you up at the Airport by car and take you to each house and make, if possible, all appointments in one day, saving you a lot of time and hassle. If you want us to we can even book you at a short stay apartment or a hotel while house hunting.
Family First Package
-Making your family feel at home
You family arrives at Schiphol Airport and you have to work, who is going to pick them up? The Expat Agency will be there waiting for your family! We make sure they have a warm welcome and take them to their new home. We will give them information about the neighborhood, how to get around (Public Transport), sports, shops, the expat community and answer all their questions. And when you didn’t have time to do some groceries, we will do this for you. Take the stress out of arriving in a new country where you don’t speak the language and let us help you and your family to make the transition to the Netherlands as easy as possible.
Registration & Administration Package
-Helping you manage Dutch bureaucracy
Once you have selected your new home, we will help you set up your utilities for your house such as Internet, telephone, cellphone, TV, water/gas/light. Or register at the bank or city Hall. All this matters at the first weeks in The Netherlands but you don’t speak the language…wouldn’t it be nice if a native speaker could help you with these details?
